My eating and drinking habits were the first area I tackled when I wanted to become healthy. As I learnt more and more I realised just how bad our modern diet can be, even when you think it is okay.
Perhaps the biggest changes were cutting back to almost zero my intake in alcohol and ultra-processed foods, and practicing intermittent fasting. I have a passion for cooking food, so I will use this website as a way to share the various recipes I have found or concocted to help me get all the nutrients I need.
