At the beginning of my getting healthy journey, I was clear one thing. I didn’t want to have a flash in the pan improvement; I wanted to put in place things that I could still be doing in 20 years time. I didn’t want to go on a diet, I wanted to eat healthily. This meant I knew it was important I learnt how to build up habits and make this a part of a new lifestyle.
