Many people say “No pain – no gain”. Certainly, pushing yourself can help you achieve your goals. But if you don’t sleep, you will not be healthy. And if you don’t rest, your body can’t reap the benefits of your effort; there is a reason it isn’t recommended to do High Intensity Interval Training every day.
